Fans are already curious to know if You will have a season 5 even though You season 4 part 2 has only recently been released. Joe Goldberg moves to a completely new setting at the beginning of each season of You.
He was seen stalking Beck in New York in season 1. In season 2, Joe relocated to Los Angeles and developed a love obsession.
The events of Season 3 shook things up by having Joe and Love take on the world of the suburbs. Now, in Season 4, Joe has completely reinvented himself by moving to London under a false name in order to escape his old existence.
Because of the show’s immense popularity, the fourth season of You has been divided into two parts, and everyone is looking forward to getting more episodes featuring their favorite fictitious serial killer in the future.
Here is all we currently know about You season 5, including the premiere date, cast, trailer, spoilers, and information about what will happen after the dramatic conclusion of season 4 part 2.

Netflix has not yet revealed whether You will return for more mayhem after season 4. While Part 2 of Season 4 was recently released on March 9, 2023, it is currently unknown whether there will be additional Joe Goldberg content.
But given how popular the program is, we believe Netflix will probably decide to renew it.
The only true factor to take into account for a hypothetical You season 5 is whether the show’s creators and Penn Badgley want to keep doing it. It appears likely that You season 5 will be broadcast, but it may also be the show’s season finale.

We won’t know anything about a release date for You season 5 until Netflix confirms whether the show will return for another season.
The length of the gap between seasons in the past has varied anywhere from one to two years. There is a 1.5-year gap between You seasons 3 and 4.
In light of this, we estimate that season 5 may air in the latter part of 2024. It’s not yet known whether or not You season 5 will be divided into two parts, like season 4.

The end of You seasons 4 finds Joe getting away with his misdeeds and keeping his relationship with Kate. Moreover, Kate actively assists Joe in concealing his previous crimes.
He claims in a televised appearance that he was forced to fake his death as a result of an abusive relationship with Love. It’s not clear how much of Joe’s past Kate is actually aware of.
Our prediction is that during the fifth season, Joe will make an effort to adjust to a life without murder with Kate but will ultimately be unsuccessful. In addition, since people like Nadia, Marienne, and Ellie are still aware of Joe’s potential, it’s feasible that any one of them will try to reveal his murders in season 5.
There’s a chance that season 5 will draw inspiration from Caroline Kepnes’ upcoming book For You and Only You, which will be written from Joe’s point of view and will be published on April 25, 2023.
