According to the reports of Variety, he has taken the decision not to produce new episodes for any upcoming season. However, CBS ventures are hoping to continue him throughout the 2023 and 24 seasons. They might be going with different packers or having its repetition.

CBS has emphasized related to the call of ending the production that releases from Monday to Friday. The only reason because of it is Dr. Phil is also doing a lot of production things in recent years. He is more of a producer in this scripted primetime and also hosts podcasts.

The reason behind stopping the stock show is the decline in views. It has gained two million viewers per episode which initially make it the highest-rated daytime talk show. This rating has become one of the best in terms of all the talk shows produced. It started back in 2022 and has spent many years in television.

According to the statement of McGraw: “With this show, we have helped thousands of guests and millions of viewers through everything from addiction and marriage to mental wellness and raising children. This has been an incredible chapter of my life and career, but while I’m moving on from daytime, there is so much more I wish to do.”

He continued and said: “I am compelled to engage with a broader audience because I have grave concerns for the American family, and I am determined to help restore a clarity of purpose as well as our core values.”
