Rakul Preet Singh does everything in style and the diva has set a trend while celebrating Republic Day this time. The bold and beautiful actress who is an Army kid comes from a family who has seen lots of army brats and she knows exactly how to celebrate the special and historic day.

Rakul Preet Singh took to her Instagram and dropped a gracious post in which she was wearing a white saree with pink patches, she accompanied her saree with a white high-neck sweater and she looked absolutely flawless.

Rakul posed in front of the iconic India Gate with the National Flag in hand and she looked absolutely mesmerizing.

Rakul also gave an interview to the newspaper Hindustan Times on the special occasion and talked about her childhood days when she used to sit with her family in front of the television while the flag hoisting ceremony took place.

One thing to be noted about her projects this year is that the majority of her films are of the South Indian industry while she did only Bollywood films last year, and it seems like a calculated plan to make the best out of her career.
