Henry Cavill Is No Longer Going To Portray Superman As DC Will Revise Universe!

Henry Cavill is no longer going to play Superman’s role in the future. We have seen many actors and actresses portraying a role that was loved by many people and can’t imagine such a role played by any other actor or actress. And if it happens then a lot of heart really shatters.

Talking about such things the superhero role is one of the best we can ever have and certain actors are known for playing these roles. But in the coming time we have seen a lot of changes and among them is going to be the role of Superman.

A new chapter of Superman has started but this chapter won’t have Henry Cavill as the lead. It is not exactly the one we were expecting for so long.

When Henry Cavill announced the return to the franchise he also came on Instagram on 14 December 2022 and confirm that he is not back with it. He has written that after the meeting with James Gunn and Peter, sad news has come.

This message has been written to his 23 million followers present on Instagram. The actor Henry Cavill continued and wrote: “I will, after all, not be returning as Superman. After being told by the studio to announce my return back in October, before their hire, this news isn’t the easiest, but that’s life”

Henry Cavill then defended his decision and said that changes in roles and situations happen and he respects that. James and Peter are the ones who have built the universe so it is totally upon them to evolve with the coming time.

He wished them nothing but the best of luck for the new universe and the evolution that is going to happen in that new universe of entertainment.

At last, he said that the most important thing is that Superman is still around among the audience. Henry Cavill continued and said: “Everything he stands for still exists, and the examples he sets for us are still there! My turn to wear the cape has passed, but what Superman stands for never will. It’s been a fun ride with you all, onwards and upwards.”

This news has definitely given way more shock to the audience than expected. It was before a few days when the actor has announce that he is going to play the role again in October. He even confirmed it through a video on Instagram where he said he is back with the role of Superman.
