Britney Spears has recently opened up about taking meditation but at the same time, her husband Sam Asghari totally hates it.

The 41-year-old Britney Spears has recently started doing meditation to help her gain peace of mind. As we know that Britney Spears is always surrounded by some controversy that has given her a difficult time in life and that’s the reason why she is now dealing with it through meditation.

The singer came on Instagram and shared some information about her decision and her new practice but at the same time admitted that Sam totally hates it. The singer continued through her caption and revealed:

The singer has uploaded a black and white photo with a huge caption. Her caption continued and revealed that she normally forgets to eat as she is too sensitive if anything goes wrong in her life or at her house. For her, it feels like the world has totally changed.

She wrote: “So l got in my car yesterday and I cried … I cried so damn hard but geez, my car is my spaceship ? … it’s where I have my best interests, thoughts, creative urges, ideas, it’s spiritual … spiritual and we’re all in this together on the road. ?”

Continuing with her words, she talked about how she forgot to eat yesterday and how she hates looking at the food. She went further to explain how she was crying in the car but her face was looking normal as if she was fine. One of the men came towards her window and gave her a little pity by saying that it is going to be ok.

But instead of taking things very lightly Britney Spears took her to the heart and got offended. She talked about how this man does not know what is going on in her life and what she is suffering.

Coming to her life then it has always been a roller coaster. At first, it was related to her conservatorship and then a kind of confrontation with her sister happened. But when everything was going well then she lost her baby. Her two kids with her ex-husband Kevin also attacked her through interviews.
