Today, while Johnny, Jaehyun, and Jungwoo were filming an advertisement, the jungle gym structure fell, resulting in injuries to all three of them. They were rushed to the hospital as soon as the injuries occurred, where they are currently having tests and treatment but will need in-depth examination. As soon as the examinations are over, we will release the comprehensive test results.

Jungwoo will therefore be unable to see the December 10 episode of MBC’s “Music Core,” where he now serves as an MC. In the future, if there are any scheduling modifications, we will notify you separately.

The rotational NCT U, the group’s first sub-unit, made its debut on April 9, 2016, along with the digital singles “The 7th Sense” and “Without You.”

NCT has come together three times as a group to produce three full-length albums: Empathy (2018), Resonance (2020), and Universe(2021) despite the fact that each sub-unit promotes independently.

Resonance became the highest-selling physical album released by an act from SM Entertainment at the time after selling over 2.6 million copies within two months of its release. The album also brought the group their first Daesang (Grand Prize) Award at the 2020 Asia Artist Awards.

Their most pre-ordered album, Universe, which was published in December 2021, sold 1.7 million copies before eventually surpassing 1.8 million copies after its release.
