Avatar 2 Kate Winslet Reacts to Reuniting with James Cameron!

Kate Elizabeth Winslet is an English Actress who is known for working in independent films and portraying strong women characters. World wide stardom of Kate Elizabeth Winslet started due to her iconic role ‘Rose’ in the movie Titanic (1997).

She has received numerous accolades, including an Academy Award, a Grammy Award, two Primetime Emmy Awards, three BAFTA Awards, and five Golden Globe Awards due to her outstanding acting skills.

Kate Winslet worked with James Cameron in the 1997 world-famous film, Titanic. She talks about her working condition, especially underwater in that particular film.

When Titanic was released in an interview, Kate Winslet called Cameron “a really tough nut to crack”, and  “There were times I was genuinely frightened of him.” In another interview, She had mentioned, “He has a temper like you wouldn’t believe. You’d have to pay me a lot of money to work with Jim again.”

Kate Winslet is going to work with James Cameron on his new film Avatar: The Way of Water which is a long-awaited sequel to his 2009 blockbuster movie which is going to be released on December 16.

And she is ready to work again with Cameron as she “had something to prove to herself”.

To fit into the role of the underwater queen, she had to learn to free dive and breathe underwater for roughly eight minutes.

While discussing this in an interview, Cameron had  said: “And so, I mean, no extra charge for the therapy, for the healing moment where she got to hold her breath underwater for seven and a half minutes and be the underwater queen.”

In another interview, the director has recently suggested that he could end the Avatar franchise early if the upcoming sequel underperforms at the box office as they have written the film in other circumstances and might not be relevant now Or they might have another sequel.
