The Callisto Protocol, a new sci-fi survival horror game from the makers of Dead Space, will go on sale worldwide on December 2, 2022, according to a press release from Striking Distance Studios, Inc. and KRAFTON, Inc.

It combines violent gameplay with a profoundly human narrative in a horrifying sci-fi setting. The PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC will all be able to play the game. The release day for The Callisto Protocol is Friday, December 2, 2022.

The Callisto Protocol Gameplay
When it comes to disclosing information about its first survival horror sci-fi epic, The Callisto Protocol, Striking Distance has adhered to the traditional developer book. The game’s official launch video, which is chock full of impressive moments in and of itself and predicts an even better experience overall, caps off a spectacular year of anticipating and boasting.

The Callisto Protocol tests players’ ability to break out of the security measures of Black Iron Prison and learn the horrifying truths about the Universal Jupiter Company.
The game is set in the year 2320 on Jupiter’s dead moon Callisto. In order to survive a mysterious disease that has turned Callisto into a wasteland, players will need to scour their surroundings and modify their strategies while using a special combination of firearms and close quarters.
Josh Duhamel portrays Jacob Lee, a cargo ship pilot imprisoned deep inside Black Iron Prison, in the video game, and The Boys actress Karen Fukuhara plays a mystery fellow prisoner. Later this year, more information well about the game’s characters and the plot will be made available.
