So, on November 3rd Prime video announced the release date of Good Rivals which is previously titled Good Neighbors, a three-part documentary series about the most unique and high competition in international sports: The competitiveness between the Mexican and American men’s national soccer teams.
The trailer of the series is already released and it got a good number of positive responses.

Good Rivals Cast Details
Good Rivals will cast off social, political, and sporting layers of a rivalry that has become must-see TV over the past 30 years.
Significantly more than just a sports documentary, Good Rivals focuses on the personal and professional arcs of stars from each nation, like Rafa Márquez (Mexico), Landon Donovan (United States), etc who became the symbols of their country’s culture in the time of their specific careers at the beginning and mid of the 2000s.
Good Rivals also inspects the passionate, international battle for on-field skills and fan support that made the U.S.-Mexico border one of the most engrossing soccer frontiers in the world, with the players and families from both countries becoming the pivot of enlisting battles between the two interconnected nations.
The men’s national teams from both the U.S. and Mexico succeed in the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, which will begin later this month.

The executive produced for Good Rivals is Skydance Sports Jon Weinbach, David Ellison, Jesse Sisgold; Deirdre Fenton and Meadowlark Media’s John Skipper; and Ocellated Media’s Dante Möller.
The Good Rivals is the co-production of Prime Video Sports and Skydance Sports, with Meadowlark Media and Ocellated producing. This series was directed by Gabriel Serra who has previously nominated for Academy Award for Best Documentary.
It will attribute a large variety of Mexican and American viewpoints with episodes available for both English and Spanish-speaking audiences.

Good Rivals will be premiered on Amazon prime video on November 24th, 2022 in three parts.
