The series 1899 is basically horror thriller series set in the background of the 19th century. The ship is containing the migrant people who are traveling to New York.

The level of horror will be going up as soon as the series releases. So 1899 Season 1 is going to be released globally on the 17th of November 2022 on Netflix that is Thursday.
I must tell you this is not the first time the series is going to be premiered as it was also premiered previously at the Toronto film festival on the 14th of September 2022. Two episodes of the series premiered at that time.

1899 will be having 8 episodes in its first season. And each episode will be one hour long as per the information we have.
What will be the plot?
As mentioned above 1899 Season 1 will be focusing on the migrants moving from London to New York to set up a new life there. And all the people who are there on the ship will be from different cultural backgrounds.
But the thread of commonality between them is they all have the hope to have a better life in the country they are moving towards.
But each person present on the ship has something or the other secret deep down inside their hearts that they want to keep hiding from others.
But on their way to New York they come across a missing ship that was there between the ocean and the coming of the ship changes the life of all the passengers as the ship has some dark secret associated with it. As soon as the secret unravels it will make the life of passengers more complicated to survive.
