Hot Skull Official Teaser Breakdown

A new teaser trailer has been revealed for Netflix’s Turkish-language web series ‘Hot Skull.’ The Dystopian-themed post-apocalyptic series ‘Hot Skull’ will premiere on Netflix worldwide on December 2, 2022.

The trailer for “Hot Skull” opens with scenes of a city in lockdown. The authorities had deployed soldiers around the city. We see animals roaming the streets while there is no public transportation.

Murat Siyavus, a former linguist, walks across the street. Murat noticed a woman sitting at a bus stop reading a book a few days after the New Year.

Murat imagined himself walking near the woman, thinking she was reminding him of something. But instead, Murat felt she was reflecting on who he was before the epidemic destroyed everything.

Later, we observe Murat’s mother encouraging him to live his days without worrying about anything. Murat then enters the bathroom with a walkman in one hand and a stopwatch in the other.

When he plays the recording, we notice a feeling of anxiety gripping him, and when he places the infrared thermometer on his brow, the temperature of his head rises. We soon witness how noise affects the interior of the human brain.

The entire world was afflicted with an illness known as “jabbering,” and those affected were referred to as “jabberers.” People not infected with the sickness wore noise-canceling headphones to avoid hearing a jabberer speak to them. It was a plague of madness that spread through communication.

Murat tried to listen to a woman he couldn’t distinguish as a jabberer one day. After taking off his headphones, he listened to her. We soon observe everyone running from her and the door shutting. Murat placed his headphones on the boy’s ears and pushed him to the opposite side of the door because he had been left behind.

Murat stayed, and the jabberer spoke to him once again. Murat appeared to be immune to the jabbering sickness. However, he felt some uneasiness, but the woman’s jabbering improved his skills.

So, while the jabbering became increasingly dangerous for the other humans, the sickness had made Murat more skilled. On the other hand, Murat did not enjoy the change and wanted to let go of whatever was going on in his mind.

Later, the same woman from the bus stop comes to Murat for help. Murat afterward joined her and was introduced to a gang. Perhaps the gang was rebelling against the government and wanted to discover the actual cause of the pandemic.

Some nasty people are attempting to take advantage of the situation. Maybe others were hunting for Murat as well, hoping to attain the talents he had gained during the pandemic.

Although the oceans remain salty and birds soar in the sky, nothing is the same, and Murat must leave the safe zone. So Murat goes on an adventure in the wild to learn the mysteries of his immunity, his “hot skull.”
