NCT Dream Won 2 Daesang awards in the Genie Music Awards 2022.

The Genie Music Awards, which are held every year in South Korea are put on by Genie Music along with their partner network. The Genie Music chart data, judge evaluations, and online voting in South Korea are used to determine the award winners. The award show took place in an offline mode for the first time.

The Genie Music Awards were held at Incheon’s Namdong Gymnasium on November 8. It was the first time in three years that an in-person audience had attended the award presentation.

However, the red carpet was canceled due to the Itaewon tragedy. On November 4, the Music awards announced that they have canceled the red carpet keeping in mind the accident that happened in Itaewon recently.

The winners of the award show were announced recently. In the award show, NCT DREAM took home two Daesang awards, which is the main award. The group shared the picture on their Instagram account and also wrote a thankful message for their fans who supported them.

The caption read, “We received two grand prizes, but I really want to enjoy this honor together with those who worked hard for us.

Of course, we worked hard, but we couldn’t come here without people who worked and helped us. you know everything I think we are also becoming great because you are amazing. We’ll continue to improve and work hard to make sure you won’t regret liking us!! “
