OMEGA X CEO Resigns After Abuse Controversy.

Recently there has been controversy going on between the members of Omega X and its CEO. Omega X is a South Korean boyband that consists of 11 members: Jaehan, Hwichan, Sebin, Hangyeom, Taedong, Xen, Jehyun, Kevin, Junghoon, Hyuk, and Yechan.

Omega X made their debut on June 30 with the release of its first EP, Vamos, and its main song of the same name.

The controversy started when one of the fans tweeted about the ill behavior of the CEO of Omega X’s agency. It was reported that the CEO has struck the members of the band after their performance at a Los Angeles show.

The fan also posted an audio recording of the agency’s CEO reportedly assaulting the idols by yelling at them in front of the public and using physical force. After the incident, the agency gave an official apologetic statement related to the allegations.

Later on November 5, the South Korean group Omega X opened a new Instagram account unattached to the agency to share a thankful message for their fans for the support that they have shown to the members of Omega X in difficult times.

After all the accusations and in response to the post by a Korean group, the agency on November 7 announced that its CEO has given resignation. The agency SPIRE Entertainment gave an official apology.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize to all the OMEGA X members, their families, fans, and anyone else whose sentiments were harmed by a recent regrettable situation.

SPIRE Entertainment takes full responsibility and announces that the CEO who’s responsible for this matter has resigned. We also want to express our regret for our poor handling of the situation, which might have disappointed many of our followers.

We will consider all of your suggestions and comments and try our best to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. We’ll also concentrate on creating a better environment for the members so they can concentrate solely on the activities of the artists. Please keep supporting OMEGA X, and we’ll do our best to be back soon with some better news.
