How To Ruin Christmas Season 2 Recap
In the second season, Tumi travels back to his hometown for the holidays and spends time with his grandfather, Gogo Twala. Unfortunately, Gogo Twala is killed while they are on an adventure together.
As they attempt to come to grips with the unexpected death, the family becomes very angry with Tumi. As everyone comes together to get ready for the funeral, disagreements over how to continue to begin to emerge.
Tumi tries to manage her relationship with Khaya as well, and the two come to the conclusion that they still have a lot of problems to resolve. On the other hand, Beauty and Sbu make an effort to have a calm first year of marriage in London.
As a result of the Twala family’s increasingly opulent lifestyle, Sbu’s father is accused of corruption, which puts the family in legal jeopardy. Season 1 finishes with Tumi and Khaya opting to separate while Sbu uses his talents to rescue his family from their predicament.
As per Gogo Twala’s request, the family can now say goodbye to her in peace. In the climactic moments of the story, Tumi is seen departing for the holiday without Khaya, just as she makes eye contact with a dashing stranger on the airplane.
