There have been allegations against the agency of OMEGA X for treating its members in a rough manner. Omega X is a South Korean boy band group consisting of 11 members: Jaehan, Hwichan, Sebin, Hangyeom, Taedong, Xen, Jehyun, Kevin, Junghoon, Hyuk, and Yechan. Jahan is the leader of the group.
On October 23, a fan of the K-Pop boy band tweeted about the ill behavior of the CEO of Omega X’s agency. It was reported that they had seen the CEO of the group’s agency strike the members of the band after the band had finished performing at their Los Angeles show.
The fan also distributed an audio recording of the agency’s CEO reportedly assaulting the idols by yelling at them in front of the public and using physical force.
After all the controversies and the news becoming viral, the agency Spire Entertainment on October 24 released an official statement as a response to the allegations.

“Hello. This is Spire Entertainment, the agency of the boy group OMEGA X.
First of all, we humbly apologize for causing trouble with this unfavorable news. OMEGA X’s first global tour, “CONNECT: Don’t give up,” came to an end on October 22 with a performance in Los Angeles (local time).
The incident that has caused controversy on social media after being revealed, occurred after a meal that took place at the end of [OMEGA X’s] tour, which started on September 16 in Mexico’s Guadalajara and lasted over a month until their LA concert in the United States.
The OMEGA X members and the agency were conversing at the time after the tour was over about how hard each had worked up until that point to make plans for the future. They ended up venting their frustrations on each other during this process, and as a result of their emotions getting hyped up, they started shouting.
The members and the agency continued to talk even after the dinner, but by doing so, they were able to clear up all of their previous miscommunications. They concluded by expressing their desire to go forward while remaining respectful of one another.
The past month, when OMEGA X and the agency went on tour and individually interacted with our adoring fans, was a very special moment that will never be recreated. We all put in a lot of effort together toward the same goal in order to fulfill our pledge to our supporters, and we apologize for concluding it on a bad note.
