The Plot 

The movie  Bardo can be basically characterized as a semi-autobiographical one. The name of protagonist of the story is Silverio who is a filmmaker who makes documentaries and is a journalist from Mexico who is currently living in Los Angeles.

During the course of the movie, the main character will be called to receive an international and prestigious award for his work, and for that, he decides to go back to his home country.

And during the course of this homecoming and revisiting his home country he goes through an existential brim. When he will be finally in his home country he will be living many memories and moments that he has spent with his loved ones and also relieving the culture of his home country.
