The 27-year-old model wore a rich oversized blue velvet suit over a white collared shirt, which she teamed with white pointed-toe heels. Contrasting the sapphire look were the runway sensation’s platinum blonde locks, which were styled in soft waves flowing down her shoulders and back
The WWD Honors Awards recognize “the top performers in retail, fashion, and beauty, plus executives and designers who have made a big impact.”
Designer Tommy Hilfiger also received the John B. Fairchild Lifetime Achievement Honor at this year’s awards.

Hadid, who has been repeatedly linked to Leonardo DiCaprio, 47, in recent months kept her glam subtle for the event, wearing a touch of mascara and nude lipstick, and tinted pink blush. The Vogue cover girl also completed her look with a layer of silver diamond necklaces and a brown leather handbag
Gigi was also seen posing with the man of the hour himself Tommy Hilfiger, 71, who matched her in a stylish navy suit of his own.
He completed his look with black-rimmed reading glasses, a black tie, and shoes. He was accompanied by his other half, his wife Dee Hilfiger, 55, who looked glamorous in a peach dress with a matching cape and peep-toe heels.
The lovely couple, who married in 2008, shared a tender cuddle between posing for the cameras.
Also at the event was Emily Alyn Lind, 20, who kept up with the night’s blue theme, rocking a satin blue blazer and matching mini skirt.
The Gossip Girl actress kept her legs cozy in black tights and added some extra height to her frame with black high heels. She also accessorized with an elegant black handbag and dressed her blonde hair in a shaggy coat.
Olivia Palermo, 36, and her hunky German model husband Johannes Huebl, 44, made another glamorous couple at the event.
