BTS’s Jin to Perform Single The Astronaut with Coldplay

BTS is one of the world-famous k-pop boy bands which consists of seven members: Jin, Suga, Jungkook, V, Rm, Jimin, and J-Hope. Jin, one of the members of the band, is all set to release his single “The Astronaut” on October 28.

Jin is going to perform on Coldplay’s Music Of The Spheres World Tour in Argentina. The performance on October 28 will be broadcasted live for fans in more than 70 countries in more than 3,500 movie theaters.

BigHit Entertainment has also given an official statement regarding the performance of Jin in Argentina, “BTS’s Jin will perform ‘The Astronaut’ with Coldplay at the ‘MUSIC of the SPHERES’ world tour in Argentina.” They added, “As Jin’s solo single ‘The Astronaut’ is co-written by Coldplay, this performance will be much more meaningful.

We ask for lots of support from the fans.” Last year both Jin and Coldplay worked together on the single “My Universe.” Previously, at BTS’s World Expo 2030 Busan Korea concert, Jin personally disclosed his intentions to release solo songs with an unidentified partnership.

BTS’s Jin and Coldplay’s Posters are yet to be released

It was reported that Coldplay contributed to recording the instrumental for “The Astronaut” in addition to working on the song’s composition and lyrics.

After his release of the song and performance with Coldplay on Music of The Spheres World Tour Argentina, Jin will start preparing for his military enlistment. Jin, who will be 30 in December, will start the enlisting procedures as soon as obligations relating to the release of his solo album are fulfilled.

After Jin, the rest of the members of BTS will also be enlisted in the military for their service. Along with this BigHit Entertainment also informed that the group again will come back in 2025 after the military enlistment is over.

The official “The Astronaut” poster was published on Wednesday, and three different concept photographs will be uploaded on October 23, 24, and 25 respectively. On October 26, Jin will release the official teaser for the music video. The fans are anticipating the release of the song eagerly.
