Bhumi Pednekar Shares Glimpse of Festive Look

Published by

“Diwali, like other festivals, is extremely special to me. It’s one of my favorite festivals. I just came back to India, luckily we got an opportunity where we could finish the shoot earlier,” says Bhumi Pednekar, who was shooting for Mere Husband Ki Biwi in London.

She adds, “Diwali makes me very nostalgic. I like spending time with my family and friends. It’s a time when we all go out and just spread the love. It is very important for me to come home every Diwali.”

Since she returned just in time, she has planned a Diwali celebration for her family and friends and spent Diwali at home relaxing with her loved ones.

Bhumi Pednekar has a very fashionable festive season. Be it Sonam Kapoor‘s Diwali bash or Sohail Khan‘s gala bash, the Bollywood actress turned up with her celebrity friends looking more stylish than the last.

Whether it was a lehenga or a saree, her entire festive look had one unifying factor and that was a gorgeous blouse. While Bhumi’s looks were embroidered, beaded, or sequined, they all came with a stunning blouse.

Here is a look at some beautiful ethnic Bhumi Pednekar blouses worn during the festive season.

In this series of pictures, she wore a sunny yellow and white Manish Malhotra floral print lehenga. Her statement blouse had thin straps with a scalloped pattern and beaded fringe on the strap. Chunky jewelry goes well with the ensemble.

Then there was the silver lehenga which was embellished with embroidery, beading, and thread detailing. With the House Of Kotwara ensemble, she wore a long-sleeved, high-neck blouse that was covered in embroidery and had a shaped hemline. A heavy choker and dangle earrings added charm to the traditional look.

When she wanted to sport more color, she opted for an Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla lehenga. With ruffled panels and multi-colored detailing across the dupatta, Bhumi donned a mirror work dupatta. Featuring a plunging neckline, cutouts, and double straps, it was definitely the highlight of the look.

Another contemporary lehenga look from Ms. Pednekar’s repertoire included a draped skirt and a yellow cape. The modern shawl-style blouse had thin straps and was backless, which she accessorized with silver jewelry.
