LE SSERAFIM Members Met With a Car Accident

On October 19, Source Music revealed that the two members of LE SSERAFIM had been in a car accident earlier in the day. Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt on board, although Kim Chaewon and Huh Yunjin both experienced “minor muscle soreness and bruises,” and a doctor urged them to “get conservative treatment for a while.”

As a result of this, LE SSERAFIM canceled their scheduled appearances on the episodes of “Music Bank” on KBS 2TV and “M Countdown” on Mnet scheduled for October 20 and 21, respectively.

Additionally, the group has rescheduled its fan signing activities for October 21 and 22. Just two days ago, on October 17, LE SSERAFIM released their new mini album, “ANTIFRAGILE,” and their now-canceled appearances on “M Countdown” and “Music Bank” would have served as their first music show promos for the album’s title single.

LE SSERAFIM’s Company Source Music Postponed their Recent Events.

“Hello, this is Source Music.

We want to let you know the following details on the members of LE SSERAFIM’s current health and upcoming schedule.

Le SSERAFIM members Kim Chaewon and Huh Yunjin was traveling in the car that was involved in a minor collision on Wednesday, October 19. Fortunately, no one on board suffered any serious injuries, and they went straight to a hospital where they were diagnosed and treated.

The medical personnel advised them to take conservative therapy for a while after the medical examination revealed that both members had suffered from minor muscle discomfort and bruising.

On the advice of the medical staff, LE SSERAFIM’s appearances on Mnet’s “M Countdown” on October 20 and KBS2’s “Music Bank” on October 21 have been postponed.

The fan sign events that were planned for Friday, October 21, and Saturday, October 22 have been rescheduled, and the event winners have been notified separately. We kindly appeal for your understanding.

Future events will be planned with the well-being of our artists as the main priority. We will work as hard as we can to support Kim Chaewon and Huh Yunjin’s medical care and healing so that they can get back to their fans as soon as possible in good health.
