The story of The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself is related to an illegitimate son of the World’s Most Dangerous Blood Witch named Marcus. The 16-year-old Nathan is getting monitored by the Council of Fairborn Witches for many years. But finally, he got an opportunity to get away from it because of the conflict that happened between both organizations.
After his getting away from these things Nathan came up with Gabriel and Annalise while discovering some secrets of his life.

The production of The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself were in talks since 2013. But it got confirmed in December 2021 when Netflix announced the adaptation of a series based on the novels. It was later in August 2022 when the series got its final name and in September the casting was confirmed.
The casting of the series got revealed on 18 March 2022 but later on, the confirmation came in terms of all the actors. The filming of the series started on 5 July 2021 and after some months it got finished with music that got finalized in September 2022.
