The South Korean singer Loco announces his marriage through Instagram.

Published by

Recently, Loco uploaded a white heart-adorned shot that was otherwise empty to Instagram with a caption. He announced his engagement to his fiancée, with whom he has been seeing for two years, in a message to his fans.

Rapper Kwon Hyuk-woo, best known by his stage name Loco, is from South Korea and is a member of the hip-hop group AOMG. He won the inaugural season of Mnet’s rap competition Show Me the Money in 2012. His name “loco” is Spanish for “crazy.”

The 32-year-old musician claimed the future wife was a friend with whom he shared childhood in the same area.

“I became friends with her soon after I was released from the military. I don’t know why, but whenever I was around her, my heart began to flutter, and our friendship quickly became something more”, according to Loco.

He claimed that over their two years of dating, they “valued one another’s careers, enjoyed meaningful and joyful moments that inevitably led us to pledge our future together.”

Here is what more South Korean singer Loco shared on his Instagram account.

The musician claimed that the term “soy rice,” which frequently appears in the lyrics of his songs, alludes to his fiancee who has served as a major source of inspiration for him over the years. The couple made the decision to perform a private wedding this fall with only immediate family and friends in attendance since they are still wary about covid-19.

Thankful for the unwavering love and support he has gotten since making his debut ten years ago, Loco stated, “I wanted to convey my gratitude to all of you who have always supported me, and I wanted to tell you about this decision myself.

Popular musicians including J-Hope from BTS and rappers GRAY and Yugyeom from GOT7 complimented Loco warmly on his achievement. Many other celebrities also wished them good luck through their comments. In the comments section, his admirers lavished him with their affection.

With his 2012 debut and victory in Monet’s popular competition series “Show Me the Money 1,” Loco became famous. After two years of dating when he was discharged in September 2020, he made the decision to be married.
