Blackpink Releases Shut Down Teaser.

Blackpink, created by YG Entertainment is a South Korean girl group that includes Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa.

The group made its debut in August 2016 with the release of their single album Square One, which included the songs “Whistle” and “Boombayah,” which became their first number-one entries on the Gaon Digital Chart in South Korea and the US Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart, respectively.

Born Pink, BLACKPINK’s much anticipated sophomore album, is set to be released in a few days. The anticipation for their upcoming album grows more every day. Concept pictures and teasers are just a few of the incredible pre-release materials that the members have been sharing.

On Tuesday, September 13, Jisoo, Rosé, Lisa, and Jennie released the teaser for their upcoming music video, “Shut Down.” The 20-second, vibrantly colored short features the girls in an alley with signs emblazoned on the walls.

On September 16, 2022, the whole song will be released. After “Pink Venom,” the debut single from the new album, which was released in August, comes “Shut Down.” The day after the song was launched, “Pink Venom” broke the record for the most female artist songs streamed on a single day in 2022.

The intriguing teaser for YG Entertainment group’s Shut Down music video has been released. Recently, the song’s title was made public, and now we have the teaser. The video opens with a vibrant montage of what can only be called the “Pink City,” which contains numerous subliminal messages.

Or, to put it another way, a world that Blackpink has ruled. After some time, the members are finally visible, and to our delight, they are all represented by various avatars.

In original and attractive attire, they continue to seem fashionable. Rose is operating the vehicle in her “ready to party” gear, Jennie is stunning as always in a black top, and Jisoo exudes an old-school hip-hop vibe with her accessories and sweatshirt.

Last but not least, Lisa still manages to exert full strength while having a mask and beanie covering her face. “Keep watching me shut it down” are the final words of the video.

Additionally, “Pink Venom” broke a YouTube record. The video-sharing website verified that the band’s music video had the biggest 24-hour music video premiere of 2022 and the third-largest 24-hour music video debut of all time. BLACKPINK’s “Pink Venom” is their greatest music video launch to date, garnering an astounding 90.4 million views in its first 24 hours.

A lot of press was made about Jisoo, Jennie, and Lisa last year. Snowdrop, which starred Jisoo and Jung Hae-In, was her acting debut. People enjoyed Jisoo’s performance and screen presence despite the show’s unpopularity.

With her chart-topping hit Lalisa, however, Lisa outshone them. At the MTV VMAS 2022, she was also named Best K-Pop soloist. On major occasions, Lisa may be spotted with Celina brand representatives.
