According to some sources they want to start everything fresh and that is the reason why they are looking for an innovative house. After spending a great time in Italy, the couple is now busy designing their new house.
It is not just Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck but also their kids who are doing the same. The couple has so many houses but none of them gave them the feeling of a house and that is the reason why they are shifting into a new one.
According to the source: “They were hoping to walk into a place and be floored and that just didn’t happen. The homes that they saw didn’t offer what they wanted and — although many of them were gorgeous homes – none of them really felt right.”
The source also said: “They are comfortable there and so are the kids. It held memories for JLo, which is one of the reasons she wanted to leave in the first place.
But a fresh remodel and all new furniture, as well as an addition and an expansion of the master bedroom to accommodate both of them, is going to allow them to feel like they are having a fresh start in their dream home.”

They have thought about it because they would be able to share the kids and have a fun time with them.
