Disney+ is the dreamland for fans of superhero movies. But it will be a mistake to think that one only turns up to the streaming site to watch the MCU. Plenty of other films and television series are made a place in the library of Disney+.
With a fan-favorite movie like ‘Thor: Love and Thunder releasing on the site and the long-running dance competition show ‘Dancing with the Stars’ airing its new season here, the month of September will definitely be a busy one for both Disney+ and the fans.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (From September 1 on Weekly Basis)-
Disney+ will kick off this year’s September with MCU’s new superhero series ‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. Episode 3 of the series, which serves as the eighth tv series of MCU, is arriving on Disney+ on September 1.
Starring Tatiana Maslany as the titular lead role, the series centers upon an attorney named Jennifer Walters, who specialized in cases involving superheroes, turning into a green superhero called She-Hulk.
Growing Up (September 8)-
Brie Larson has created this American documentary series that tells the tale of ten coming-of-age stories of different essence.
Pinocchio (September 8)-
This upcoming live-action adaptation of the same named animated movie by Walt Disney, which was released in 1940, is a musical fantasy movie, based on Carlo Collodi’s 1883 book ‘The Adventure of Pinocchio’.
It tells the story of the wooden puppet named Pinocchio who has long been wishing to become a real boy as the Blue Fairy brings it to life.
Thor: Love and Thunder (September 8)-
After a theatrical release on June 23 this MCU superhero movie is MCU’s 29th film and the sequel of the 2017 movie ‘Thor: Ragnarok’, the film is going to air on Disney+ on June 8. In this movie, we will get to see Thor’s ex-girlfriend Jane Foster turning into Mighty Thor.
Dancing with the Stars (September 19)-
This popular and long-running dance competition, which is the American version of the UK dance competition show ‘Strictly Come Dancing, first aired on ABC in 2005. Popular model Tyra Banks serves as the show’s host since the 29th season. Actor-director and tv personality Alfonso Ribeiro have joined as co-host for the 31st season. After thirty long seasons on ABC in April of 2022, the show got transferred to Disney+.
Andor (episodes 1 to 3 on September 21 and episode 4 on September 28)-
This upcoming tv series is the prequel to the 2016 epic space opera movie and spin-off of ‘Star Wars- ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. This Disney+ original revolves around a young man Cassian Andor, starred by Diego Luna, who turned from an ordinary thief to a revolutionary spy.
Hocus Pocus 2 (September 30)-
This upcoming fantasy comedy horror movie is the sequel to the 1993 movie ‘Hocus Pocus’. The plot, set after twenty-nine years after the incidents of the original movie, focuses on three high school students endeavor to stop the three magical Sanderson sisters.
