Millicent Shelton is the director of the upcoming Netflix Original criminal thriller film End of the Road. With one of the greatest ensemble casts, this new movie promises to offer us an enormous amount of our favorite genre. 

Queen Latifah and Ludacris will play the key roles. The story was helmed by Millicent Sheldon. A significant portion of the film is dedicated to the suspenseful aspect of the crime genre. The project has a total of eleven producers, and Queen Latifah is one of them.

She is representing her own production business, Flavor Unit Entertainment. End Of The Road Netflix: Is It Coming In September 2022?

The answer is yes, and the release date for End Of The Road on Netflix is set for September 2022. End of the Road will be available on Netflix on Friday, September 9, 2022, so viewers won’t have to wait too long to enjoy it. It has also been established that End of the Road has an 89-minute running time.

The movie was filmed during the course of the summer of 2021, beginning on June 14 and ending on August 6. Albuquerque, New Mexico, in the United States, was chosen as the location for the filming of End of the Road.

Major Cast Members Of The Movie End Of The Road

Queen Latifah is a rap musician as well as an actress, and End of the Road is her fourth original project for Netflix. Most recently, in the basketball drama Hustle, Queen Latifah played Teresa Sugarman, Adam Sandler’s on-screen wife. She has also provided her voice for the cartoon series Maya and the Three, and she played Oscar-winning performer Hattie McDaniel in Ryan Murphy’s Hollywood.

Ludacris, a rapper, and Fast & Furious actor will make his Netflix debut in End of the Road as an unspecified character. Val has been portrayed by Frances Lee McCain.

Frances is most known for her performances in the 1980s as Ethel McCormack in Footloose, Lynn Peltzer in Gremlins, Stelle Baines as Lorraine, Marty’s mother, in Back to the Future, and Billy’s mother, Lynn Peltzer, in Gremlins. McCain’s Netflix debut, though, will be with End of the Road.

Story Details Of The Movie

In terms of the story’s progression, it will start with a character named Brenda. At the start of the movie, she is shown to be unemployed and recently widowed by her husband. According to the synopsis provided by the streaming giant, Brenda will relocate across the country to begin a new life.

The family will require a lot of assistance when traveling across a desert in Mexico. These individuals may very well be the next victims of the wild and mysterious killer who is currently on the run.

Is There A Trailer For The Movie ‘End Of The Road’?

The teaser trailer for the upcoming Queen Latifah-starring thriller End of the Road, which follows a family on a cross-country road journey, has been made available on Netflix.

The two-minute teaser begins with a frantic car adventure in the desert and shows brief glimpses of a distressed Brenda before returning to the events that led to her suffering. The family of four is seen making their way along a desolate road that is surrounded on each side by vast stretches of open desert.

Their talks disclose that the journey took three and a half hours and that Houston, the family’s intended destination, is where they are headed. The youngest member of the family appears to know little about Houston. The trailer is available to view below:
