The Time Traveler’s Wife Season 2: Is It Renewed Or Cancelled??

The Time Traveler’s Wife Season 2 Update: Bad news for all fans of the series there!!!! This series has not been renewed by HBO. That means it stands cancel. Yes you heard it it’s absolutely right!!!! You must be surprised or even shock as previous season ended with the note from where the story could you pick up very easily and there is lot of questions that need to be answer and for that we need a Season 2. Because even the writers were not sure that final episode of Season 1 is going to be the final episode of the Series.

We are not gonna see Clare and Henry’s daughter again on the screens.

The Reason Behind The Cancellation Of The Time Traveler’s Wife Season 2?

There is no official statement regarding the reason for which series is not coming with Season 2. We are speculating that reason behind the cancellation is the rating of the series or the viewership of the series.

After all streaming is also a business and business relies on seeing future profits and expecting profits. So any venture which is not bringing profit to the creators will ultimately leads to its cancellation.

Also as the story is based on Time travel and bringing such a concept carries a lot of cost and makes the project expensive. And when and expensive project is not bringing profits to creators then it is of no use to them!!!

The official statement states: “Though HBO will not be moving forward with the second season of The Time Traveler’s Wife, it was our privilege to partner with master storytellers Steven Moffat and David Nutter,”

Adding this: “We are so grateful for their passion, hard work and care for adapting this beloved book. We also thank Theo and Rose, and the rest of our brilliant cast for their heartfelt performances, which completely captivated audiences.”

So don’t be sad thinking that there will be no Season 2 you can always rewatch it’s Season 1 and can even read the novel if you want to know the story of Season 2. Because as far as we know the Season 2 will be based on the book only so you can know the story of Season 2 by reading the novel.

So guys there is no time travel now !!!but there may be some time travel happening in a parallel universe we never know!!!!
