The series CSI: Vegas will return with Season 2 but there is a twist in that it will return without its two big stars. This season will be creating a whole new and different era for the show.

Release date of the series called CSI: Vegas season 2:
The second installment of the series will be streamed on 29 September 2022. The show got its confirmation for its renewal in the year 2021 in the month of December.
The show got the privilege of renewal because Season 1 which was 10 episodes long gained much popularity among the viewers.
Who all will be there in the cast of CSI: Vegas season 2?
Season 1 of the show was completely focused on two characters namely: Gil Grissom and Sara Sidle played by William Petersen and Jorja Fox respectively. But sadly both of these stars will not be featuring in the sequel of the series.
The female lead of the series posted the following message stating the reason for not returning in the sequel:
“Hey, all you #CSI fans! After much deliberating, I have decided not to ‘Sidle Up’ for CSI: Vegas. For me CSI has always been a love story. The story that people can find love in the darkest of places and times. And the story that love, even in the darkest of places and times, can expand and grow roots and endure. I personally just can’t split Sara and Grissom up again. So goes Grissom…..So goes Sara. Wherever they go, they belong together.”
She added: “Thanks for watching, everyone!!!!! Keep tuning in! I know I will. CSI: Vegas has an incredible team and it should be an amazing show!”

What will be the storyline of CSI: Vegas season 2?
There is no official storyline release about the sequel of the series so we can just speculate what the sequel will be about.
Being a detective and a dramatic series with each new episode will be dealing with new crimes being committed in the city and the Elite forensic team investigating the causes and the culprit behind them.
The overarching plot will threaten the entire team and require teamwork from the entire squad to solve the issue.
Naturally, some new relationships will be built up and some will be broken apart. There is a lot new about the series and we can only witness it when we will watch the series.
