The Stranger (2022) All About Netflix Movie

Following its debut at this year’s edition of the Cannes Film Festival, the movie “The Stranger,” directed by Thomas M. Wright, will have its worldwide premiere on Netflix in the month of October.

Thomas M. Wright, an actor as well as a director, is responsible for writing and directing the film. His last film, Acute Misfortune, was his first feature-length directorial effort.

With The Stranger, writer/director Thomas M. Wright aimed to create a psychological crime movie that transported viewers to a secret location. He also wanted the movie to be immersive and cinematic while also being true to its details and accurate.

It is a movie that demanded attention and involvement from its audience and was also one that they could lean into and become lost in. Though violence is the driving force behind this movie, it is not its subject.

Instead, the focus of the movie is on those who didn’t know the victim yet gave years of their lives, as well as their mental and physical health, to help them. Its focus is on interpersonal relationships. Thus, keep reading to know more.
