A mystery crime thriller, “The Blacklist” has been renewed for a season 10. Developed by Jon Bokenkamp for Netflix, the show has completed 9 seasons that include 196 episodes in total.
After season 9, the tenth season is in demand and we have got all the details.
The Blacklist Season 10 Renewal Status
First released in 2013, this adventure-driven show is now ready to release its 10th season. The update had come up while the ninth season was premiering. It had begun to premiere on October 21, 2021, and ended on May 27, 2022.
The announcement for season 10 was done in February of 2022. It will be released on Netflix. The release date still remains unclear however we do have some idea about it.
The release date might be close to October-November of 2022. We expect a trailer for the same by the next month or so also. Although the date isn’t sure we will let you know about it instantly as soon as it gets confirmed.

Season 1- 9: A Quick Run-Down of all the previous seasons
Season 1 – The first season of “The Blacklist” premiered on September 23, 2013. It included 22 episodes with each having a running time of 40-45 minutes. The season gained an average viewership of 14.95 million.
Season 2 – Following the completion of season 1 in May 2014, the second season was released in September that year only. Similar to the first one, it was released in a total of 22 Episodes with the last one coming out on May 14, 2015.
Season 3 – Having acquired an average viewership of 11.19 million, the third season included 23 episodes. It was released on October 1, 2015, with the last one premiering on May 19, 2016.
Season 4 – This one made a debut on September 22, 2016. On the day of release, the first episode recorded a viewership of over 6 million. In all, the season acquired an average viewership of 9.25 million.
Season 5 – The fifth season of “The Blacklist” premiered on September 27, 2017. It also had 22 episodes and was equally appreciated just like the previous seasons.
Season 6 – This one was released on January 3, 2019. Having 22 episodes, the finale came out in May of the same year. It got an average audience score of 90% as reported by Rotten Tomatoes.
Season 7 – Released in October month of 2019, the season includedof 19 installments. It received an average viewership of over 6.80 million people.
Season 8 – November 13, 2020 marks the release date of season 8. Just like most of the seasons of this show, it contains 22 episodes in total. The season finale was released on June 23, 2021, and recorded a massive viewership again.
Season 9 – Released in October last year, the 22 episodes got completed on May 27 this year. The season holds an approval rating of 80% on the website of Rotten Tomatoes.
