Are you ready to fight against crime with An Jun-ho and Corporal Han Ho-Yu in D.P. Season 2. Understanding the popularity of K-Dramas, Netflix nowadays is coming up with helluva of Korean series, movies as well as episodic to attract audiences.
One such series that got popular in its first season is D.P. The series is full of emotions like oppression, power exploitation, command ragging, etc. Basically, the series is based on the Lezhin webtoon D.P. Season one of the series was streamed on Netflix in the year 2021 on the date August 27. And with its coming it gained popularity and received positive reviews from critics all around the world.

Expected Release of D.P. Season 2
The official announcement regarding the renewal of the series came in December 2021. So if we keep that in mind we can expect Season 2 to come somewhere around late 2022.
The first season of the series consisted of 6 episodes so keeping that in mind we hope that this Season will also have 6 or more episodes.
The expected storyline
Season 1 left us with many unasnwered questions that need to be answered in the second season. The last episode of season 1 ended when Joon Ho walk away obeying the commands given by the head of his unit.
The real struggle starts after Joon escapes from there as he finds it very difficult to get out of the country because all the directions were blocked by the military.
There is one more cadet called Ho Hyeol, who did not follow the command of his senior, Sergeant First Class Park Bum Gu, to add fuel to the fire he had done this disobeying in front of his subordinates.
The effect of Political power in the ambiance can create the surrounding of conflicts and issues in the second season. The intensity of conflicts will be worth watching guys!!!
As we know the series will be highlighting the mistreatment that is being practiced with the soldiers in the military so it will be really interesting to see which type of mistreatment is being done with soldiers in this season.
Suk-bong will be seen getting too disturbed by the mistreatment in the army and find no way to change this mishappening so he decides to commit suicide.
On May 30 2022 the team of the series announced the official cast and details about it.
The expected cast
• Jung will replay his role as Joon-ho
• Koo will be replaying the role of Ho-yu
• Son Suk-ku will be returning as Captain Im Ji-sup
• Kim Sung-kyun will also return as Sergeant Park Beom-gu.
There are certain new editions in the cast of the series and these are: Ji Jin-hee will be playing Goo Ja-woon and Kim will join the cast in the role of Lieutenant Colonel Seo Eun.
All in all, there are a lot of questions that need to be answered in this season also we need to see how the soldiers react to the treatment and how they will seek justice for themselves.
