Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania will introduce MODOK in MCU! Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Phase 5 is going to start with the Antman Threequel named “Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania” and MODOK from the comic book will be introduced in the movie. Do you know MODOK stands for “Mental Organism Designed Only For Killing” which has already appeared in the trailer which was shown at San Diego Comic-Con 2022?

Although the trailer is not available online right now all the participants who were at the comic con had witnessed the trailer and with their input, I can say that MODOK’s character is going to be really mind-blowing in the upcoming film.

Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania is going to be a really important movie for setting up the MCU Phase 5 and Phase 6 which are going to be called Marvel’s Multiverse Saga.

The two villains in a single Antman Movie – Kang the Conquerer and M.O.D.O.K are a really surprising package for the MCU fans as we already know both the characters are really badass in the comic books. M.O.D.O.K had already got a live-action series on Hulu which was by Marvel Studios.

But the story of that live-action series was different and our MCU’s MODOK will be different. Maybe we will not get the origin story of M.O.D.O.K in Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania but we know this character requires more screen time than just one film. So I think M.O.D.O.K will be a permanent villain in MCU Phase 5 and 6.

Who is going to play M.D.O.K?

In the trailer of Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania it couldn’t become clear who is the cast behind the character. But as per IMDb and other rumors, Bill Murray joined the cast of the film a few months back and he was also present at Sandiego Comic-Con 2022 with the team of Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania.

But his role was uncredited till now, And I think Bil Murray’s voice on the character will really suit as you might have seen and heard him in Ghostbusters: Afterlife, Zombieland: Double Tap, and Bloo’s voice in The Jungle Book.

Antman and the Wasp 3 Release Date

MCU Phase 5 is going to be started with Antman and the Wasp: Quantumania which is the third movie in Marvel’s Antman character and the movie is scheduled to be released in theaters on 17 February 2023.
