The Good Doctor is returning with Season 6. American medical drama series ‘The Good Doctor which is based on the same named South Korean series of 2013 is returning this October on ABC. David Shore developed this series and also created Fox’s popular medical drama series ‘House’.

The plot of the series revolves around a young autistic surgeon named Shaun Murphy who is suffering from savant syndrome. He comes from the small city of Casper of Wyoming. He left a troubled past in that city and relocated to San Jose of California. There he becomes a doctor at a prestigious hospital named San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital.

The series premiered on September 25, 2017, on ABC. The Good Doctor Season 6 is set to release on October 3, 2022.

Primary cast members of the series who presumably reprise their roles in the sixth season include Freddie Highmore, Hill Harper, Richard Schiff, Will Yun Lee, Fiona Gubelmann, Christina Chang, Paige Spara, and Bria Samoné Henderson, Noah Galvin, Osvaldo Benavides, etc.
