Industry Season 2 Updates: Konrad Kay and Mickey Down have created the British American tv series ‘Industry’ that is produced by the Bad Wolf company. The series centers upon a prestigious investment bank of London named Pierpoint & Co that provides a limited permanent position for which a number of young graduates become engaged in the competition.

The graduates include young people from various positions in the world. They are Harper Stern who is a black upstate native of New York and has left her root in order to pursue employment in the London branch of Pierpoint, Hari Dhar who is the son of Hindi-speaking immigrants and a school graduate, Augustus Sackey who is a gay black man and Eton and Oxford graduate, Robert Spearing who is an Oxford graduate belonging from the working class, Yasmin Kara-Hanani who is a privileged Lebanese child.

The series first began to develop in November of 2017. Most of the cast members joined in December of 2019. The filming took place in Cardiff, Wales.

The series was released on November 9, 2020, on HBO in the United States and on BBC Two in the United Kingdom. The second season was renewed in December of 2020 which is set to air on August 1, 2022.

Playing the role of the ambitious wealthy graduate Yasmin Kara-Hanani in the series, we see English actress Marisa Gabrielle Abela. In 2008 Abela played Alice in the low-budget movie ‘Man in a Box’.

Since 2020 she has been starring in the main role of Ellie Sutherland in the British drama series ‘COBRA’. She also played Maya in the movie ‘Five Dates’. She has been cast in the new British thriller movie ‘Freegard’ which was released on July 22, 2022.

Co-starring Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, and Emma Mackey, she will be seen starring in the romantic comedy movie ‘Barbie’ which is set to release on July 21, 2023. In another upcoming movie ‘She Is Love’ Abela has also been cast.

American actress Myha’la Herrold stars as the young black graduate Harper Stern in the series. In 2019 Herrold played Dymond in the American romantic movie ‘Premature’.

The same year he also starred in a single episode of the popular romantic anthology comedy ‘Modern Love’. He played Logan in the 2021 comedy movie ‘Plan B’.

In 2022 he was cast as Jordan in the black comedy slasher movie ‘Bodies Bodies Bodies’. Herrold will also star in the upcoming pandemic drama movie ‘Leave the World Behind’.

Harry Lawtey:

As Robert Spearing in the series English actor Harry James C. Lawtey starred. In 2015 he voice starred in one episode of the computer-animated children’s series ‘Chuggington’.

In three episodes of the British Nordic noir detective series ‘Marcella,’ Lawtey played Andrew in 2018. In 2020 he starred as Maurice in six episodes of ‘The Letter for the King’. He also starred in the films City of Tiny Lights’ and ‘Benediction’.

In 2015 she starred as the fictional version of Deepa Kaur who is the first Asian woman of the UK Independence Party elected in the parliament in Channel 4’s mockumentary series ‘UKIP: The First 100 Days. She also starred in ‘No Time To Die, ‘A Rather English Marriage’, ‘A Long Way Down, ‘The Thick of It’, ‘Casualty’, ‘And Silent Witness’.
