Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight, the third series in the animated franchise, will be released on Netflix on July 14. In addition to the main trilogy, four short films, a holiday special, and two more TV shows, The Dragon Knight is the ninth spinoff of the original 2008 film. On June 16, Netflix released the trailer for Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight.

This announcement follows Netflix’s Geeked Week celebration, during which the streaming giant revealed details on Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Skull Island, and The Cuphead Show. Jack Black again voices the titular character of the Kung Fu Panda films.

Po is the first time he has lent his voice to a television series. After voicing Po in Kung Fu Panda, Black returned for Kung Fu Panda 2 and 3 in 2011 and 2016. Wandering Blade is voiced by Rita Ora.

In the two-minute-26-second trailer, Po and Wandering Blade commence a groundwork to save lots of the globe by stopping a mysterious combination of weasels from annihilating it. The trailer depicts the show’s heroic duo’s clash of personalities because the blithesome Po and also the severe, direct Wandering Blade should learn to figure along so as to survive.
