Industry Season 2 is finally upon us as the much-awaited trailer was released by HBO recently and fans are more excited than ever. The first season had 8 episodes and was released on 9th November 2020 when the star cast was completely unknown and fans started seeing eventually the show grew upon the audience and now it’s popularity has skyrocketed.
Season 2 will go on air on August 1, Industry is a financed drama series that shows the modern fast-paced life of young, talented, and ruthless workers in an investment bank.
The first season was amazing and was made in such a way that with every episode end, the wait for the next episode was really exciting and intriguing make no mistake every episode delivered to its level best and had a tendency to match the viewer’s expectations.
Industry Season 2 Renewal Status
The beauty of the show is that most of us can relate our lives to the show as we all go through those challenging times at our workplace or what we can call “offices”.
By the way, for some apparent reason, HBO hasn’t released the trailer yet but dropped a teaser of less than a minute and it was full of everything that seasons 1 gave, the fast-paced teaser was filled with all the emotions a person goes through.
Talking about the characters, it seems like all the characters of season 1 are also in season 2 as Harper, Eric, Rob, and Yasmin, and it seems characters like Gus, Freya, and Daria have been left behind in the season 2 as they were nowhere to be seen in the teaser, however in an interview earlier this year it was confirmed by HBO that the character of Gus will be in the second season.
Well, we will have to wait to see if the old characters are still there or not but we have seen some new faces already and it will be interesting to see if the second season will be able to meet the fan’s expectations or will fail in the process, August 1 is the date to find out.
