Do you enjoy crime thrillers a lot? If yes, you need to know about the upcoming crime thriller Recurrence which is going to be aired on Netflix by the end of this month. And it is the perfect article to inform you everything about that. Go through the article before the 27th to enjoy the all-new film from Argentina. Let’s jump into the matter!

Recurrence is a 1 hour 56 minutes long Argentine crime drama that is going to be available on Netflix very soon. The official summary of the film by Netflix says about an ex-cop Pipa who has shifted to a remote town of La Quebrada in North Argentina.

She was somewhat exhausted from her work with the police. Pipa’a aunt, Alicia Pelari brought her to the town. During the long ten years since her shift to the town, she thought her life would be normal and violence-free from now on.

Recurrence

The very first portion of the trailer says about the same. But eventually, she became involved in a murder case. The further development, as the trailer shows, revolves around this build-up. It is all about Pipa, her investigation, and her struggle through the process to reveal the truth.

Luisana Lopilato is playing the role of Pipa, the protagonist of the film. Other than her cast members of the film are Mauricio Paniagua, Ines Estevez, Ariel Staltari, Paulina GarcĂa, Malena Narvay, Aquiles Casabella, Benjamin Del Cerro, Santiago Artemis, and Laura Gonzalez. The film is directed by Alejandro Montiel. Mili Roque Pitt, Florencia Etcheves and Alejandro Montiel have co-written the film.

Samantha Sosa was found dead! This was the beginning of the plot of Recurrence. Samantha was burnt to death in the middle of the desert. It looked like an accident. But some character asks Pipa to help dig for the truth. According to her, the word of the Police is not important to ‘them’.

As the film follows Pipa gets involved in the entire scenario. The ambiguous party with a masked face where Samantha was last seen before her death, the claim for some land, and a violent group may be, all are there in the film to make it a breathtaking thriller. The visuals in the trailer, the natural scenario, and every other detail intensify the suspense.

Now, it is only about counting dates. The non-English Netflix originals have always stunned us. But the film of Argentine origin is new on the list. There are already many expectations regarding the crime thriller. Let’s hope that they become reality! Until then, nothing but to pray for Pipa.
