Andrew Dabb has developed the upcoming American horror action series ‘Resident Evil‘ that is based on Capcom’s same named video game. Previously action horror movie series of the name ‘Resident Evil’ was adapted from that video game.
Also, an animated miniseries named ‘Infinite Darkness’ has also been developed previously. Though the story line of the game series provides the tv series’ backstory, the setting of this new series is its own. This series is set after the eighth movie of the film series.
The plot of the series talks about incidents that is three decades after T-virus was discovered. The outbreak threatens all the dark secrets of the Umbrella Corporation. On the other hand Dr. Albert Wesker is appointed the in an executive position of Umbrella Corporation while the institution is going under struggles. The series is set to release on July 14, 2022.
Lance Reddick plays the role of Albert Wesker in the series. Other cast members of the series include Ella Balinska, Paola Núñez, Mpho Osei Tutu, Anthony Oseyemi, Marisa Drummond, Lea Vivier, Ahad Raza Mir, Turlough Convery etc.

Albert Wesker in the series is the father of Jade and Billie and is newly appointed in executive position of the Umbrella Corporation. American actor and musician Lance Reddick will be seen playing the role of Albert Wesker being the first actor of color to portray this character.
Born in Baltimore of Maryland, Reddick studied music at Peabody Preparatory Institute, Walden School, and later Eastman School of Music under the University of Rochester. He began his film career with uncredited roles in 1998 in ‘Great Expectations’, ‘Godzilla’, ‘The Siege’.
In 2000 he was cast as Simon in biographical movie ‘I Dreamed of Africa’. The next year he played the role of Arnie in psychological thriller ‘Don’t Say a Word’.
In 2004 he was cast in Rodney Evans’ ‘Brother to Brother’ that was released in Sundance Film. In the role of Frank he acted in Amarican road drama ‘Tennessee’ and in role of the Black Man he acted in the movie named
‘The Way of War’. Co-starring with Megan Fox, John Malkovich, Will Arnett, Reddick played the role of Smith in Western superhero movie ‘Jonah Hex’ in 2010.
The next year he starred as Ramsey in post apocalyptic horror movie ‘Remains’ and the year after that he was cast in ‘Won’t Back Down’ portraying the character of Charles Alberts. In 2013 Reddick starred in two movies ‘White House Down’ and ‘Oldboy’ and in 2014 he acted in ‘Faults’, ‘The Guest’, ‘Search Party’, ‘John Wick’.
In 2017 he reprised the role of Charon from ‘John Wick’ in Keanu Reeves starred neo-noir action thriller movie ‘John Wick: Chapter 2’. In 2018 he starred in ‘Little Woods’, ‘Canal Street’, ‘Monster Party’, ‘The Domestics’. In ‘John Wick: Chapter 3- Parabellum’ and ‘Angel Has Fallen’ he starred in 2019.
Then in 2020 he was cast in ‘Faith Based’, ‘Sylvie’s Love’, and ‘One Night in Miami…’. The next year in popular monster movie ‘Godzilla vs. Kong’ he co-starred with Millie Bobby Brown, Alexander Skarsgård, Rebecca Hall to play the role of Guillermin.
In 2023 the next sequel of John Wick film ‘John Wick: Chapter 4’ is set to release where Reddick will reprise the role of Charon.

English actress Ella Balinska will be seen playing the role of Jade Wesker. Known for her rolebin action comedy movie ‘Charlie’s Angels’ in 2019, Balinska appeared in the films ‘Junction 9’, ‘Thanatos’, ‘Hunted’, ‘Tiers of the Tropics’, ’10 Men & Gwen’, ‘Charlie’s Angels’, ‘Run Sweetheart Run’ etc. She appeared in the tv series ‘Casualty’ and ‘Midsomer Murders’.
Evelyn Marcus played by Paola Núñez:
In the role of Evelyn Marcus we will see Mexican actress Paola Núñez Rivas. The films in which she starred are ‘Tres piezas de amor en un fin se semana’, ‘Depositarios’, ‘Sin ella’, ‘Los inadaptados’, ‘Deseo’, ‘Detrás del poder’, ‘El más buscado’, ‘Dariela los martes’, ‘El Cumple de la Abuela’, ‘La Boda de la Abuela’, ‘Bad Boys for Life’.

From 2017 to 2019 she starred in the main characters of ‘La Hermandad’, ‘The Son’, ‘Le Reina del Sur’, ‘The Purge’. His other tv series are ‘Deputy’, ‘Calls’, ‘Magnum P.I.’, ‘Palabra de ladrón’, ‘La vida es una canción’ etc.
