Hustle 2 followed Sandler’s individual Stanley Sugerman, a basketball scout with aspirations of becoming a coach for his group the Philadelphia 76ers.
His opportunity is taken away at the final second as he’s sent out to find a player that can help the Sixers win the NBA championship.
There’s no confirmation that Netflix has plans to make a sequel right now, that is all simply hypothesis.
The movie works just satisfactorily as a one-off. And out of all the films Sandler has made with Netflix, the only murder mystery is getting a sequel up to now.
The film tells the fictional story of Stanley Sugerman (Adam Sandler), a washed-up skills scout for the Philadelphia 76ers.
While on an undertaking in Spain, he spots Bo Cruz, a young construction employee hustling on a basketball court.
Cruz is definitely a basketball celebrity-in-the-making, which is good information for Sugerman, who has been suffering to find a player worthy enough to be taken into consideration for the NBA.

The two guys fly Stateside where possible fame and fortune await.
Unluckily, things don’t go to plan when Cruz is given the possibility to showcase his skills.
He screws up in the courtroom after being taunted by another player and this wins him no favors with team supervisor Vince (Ben Foster) who makes a decision he doesn’t need him in his group.
Suger and rage quits after Vince’s selection and decide to take Cruz on as an independent agent.
The rest of the film follows their adventure together as Sugerman invites Cruz into his home, bonds with the tattooed giant, and tries to provide them both the possibility to improve their status in the NBA.
In May 2020 Adam Sandler joined the cast of the film, with Jeremiah Zagar directing from a screenplay through Taylor Materne.
And Will Fetters, with Netflix, set to distribute.
Sandler had seen Zagar’s 2018 best debut “We the Animals”, and requested him to check the script for Hustle.
Zagar was initially hesitant, before becoming intrigued at the idea of shooting basketball in a cinematic way and signing on to the task.
More than one scenes have been filmed in the middle city of Philadelphia.
Including on marketplace street and the Italian market, as well as in Manayunk and South Philadelphia.
