About the film.

New York cop (Adam Sandler), poked by his wife (Jennifer Aniston) for vacation finally plans one, to Europe, in between which they find themselves encountering a billionaire & get invited for a party at a yacht. The movie has 6.0/10 rating on IMDb.

The turn of events occurs when the billionaire is killed & eventually Adam & Jennifer becomes the prime suspects, from there the film goes into the mystery comedy of an absurd crime that the protagonist finds themselves in, without even doing something.

When an NYC cop (Adam Sandler) finally takes his wife (Jennifer Aniston) on a long-promised European trip, a chance meeting on the flight gets them invited to an intimate family gathering on the Super Yacht of the elderly billionaire Malcolm Quince. When Quince is murdered, they become the prime suspects in a modern-day whodunit

About the sequel Murder Mystery 2

Murder Mystery, being one of the most successful Netflix originals was unsurprisingly renewed just after the first part came, but Sandler’s other projects’ performance after that has not been so great which is supposedly a reason for the delay of the sequel.

But finally early this year in Jan the production went on the floor to be shot in Hawai which pushed the fans’ craze once again & higher than ever. Though no new news has been found on the project it is predicted that the film might get a release later this year only. After some below-average films’ Adam Sandler fans want something new & refreshing from this sequel, hope the makers won’t upset the viewers, fingers crossed let’s wait, that’s what we can do.
