Vivo X60 Pro+: The Most Underrated Camera Hardware on a Smartphone.

Published by

Vivo was all set to launch the X60 Pro+ in March 2021. It was one of the best and the most underrated series on smartphones. The previous generation X50 Pro+ was already a killer camera smartphone with an active gimble, but this one is furthermore improved.

About the Design: It’s a small “Pro” phone because most the Pro devices have huge displays. But this one is more subtle. It has an eco-leather back panel with aluminum chassis. It is grippy from the sides and flat bottom and top. The main highlight of the rear panel is the bumpy camera module. It protrudes out of the back but doesn’t fiddle around your hand.

Display: Vivo X60 Pro+ has a display sized at 6.56 inches which are Super AMOLED panel with a 120Hz Adaptive Refresh Rate. It has great saturation and vibrancy, thanks to HDR 10+. The display resolution is 1080 X 2376 pixels with 398 PPI density. The display has a peak brightness of 1300 nits.

Specifications: A powerful Snapdragon 888 5G processor fitted to process the images and videos. It has optimized with this phone which smooths out the device usage.

The phone has two varieties. 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM and 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM are the two devices offered. LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1 were the RAM and ROM type on this device. Out of the box, Vivo X60 Pro+ has Android 12-based FunTouch 12 OS UI.

The camera is featured by Zeiss optics with the T* coating. It reduces the glare on the camera. The rear camera has a few interesting videography features such as 8K recording at 30FPS, and 4K 30/60 FPS. The front has a 32MP camera and it can shoot 4K videos at 30 FPS.
