BEAUTY Trailer Released By Netflix

Known for its unusual concept and overwhelming aspects, Netflix is back with its another musical drama show to define “Beauty”.

Written by Lena Waithe and Directed by Andrew Dosunmu, the upcoming movie “Beauty” is going to premiere on Wednesday, 29th June 2022 on Netflix. The movie first premiered at Tribeca Film Festival.

Featuring Gracie Marie Bradley as Beauty, the objective of the movie is to highlight the background of the powerful Black female vocalists of the 80s period focusing on their black talented queer identification.

It will show the struggle of a young black woman singer who is facing obstacles to maintaining her voice in order to make her mark and integrity into pop stardom.

Further, she goes against her family for her dream, as she’s offered a lucrative recording contract. In the journey to become a star, the label and her closest friend’s support and guidance motivate her to stand still.

Along with Gracie Marie Bradley, the movie also features Niecy Nash, Giancarlo Esposito, Alyse Shannon, Sharon Stone, and James Urbaniak.
