The plot line has been changed, but there is still hope that all characters will look exactly how the book series pictured them.

The American drama television series is set to be released on Amazon Prime Video on Friday 17th June 2022.

The upcoming movie version of The Summer I Turned Pretty is definitely geared towards a younger audience, as the characters in the series are teenagers. It is a romantic drama series and showcases love triangles between the main characters.

The trailer highlights that the main character Belly, played by Lola Tung, spends every summer at their family cousin’s beach with her mom and the family of mom’s best friend. But this summer things went at a different pace, not the same as before.

Christopher Briney as Conrad and Gavin Casalegno as Jeremiah used to see her as a kid, but now they both are noticing her as an attractive young grown-up girl. For Belly both boys are impressively good, and it will be a tough choice for her to select the right one for her.

The race between the boys and their affection for the belly is something that teens will love to watch. The unwinding character of especially Conard and Jeremiah really takes the story which way to go.
