Shadow and Bone Season 2 Updates: Eric Heisserer developed the American fantasy series that revolves around the fictional universe of Grisha. Grisha consists of a number of nations all of which adapt real-world elements like culture, language, tradition, etc.

The people living in that world run their lives by magic or what they refer to as The Small Science.

Jessie Mei Li, Archie Renaux, Freddy Carter, Amita Suman, Kit Young, Ben Barnes, and Zoë Wanamaker are some of the cast members of the series. The series premiered on April 23, 2021, on Netflix. Though the second season has not yet been given a release date, filming of the new season is known to have already been wrapped.

Frank Miller and Tom Wheeler created this American fantasy series that is adapted from the same-named illustrated novel written by Tom Wheeler and Frank Miller. The story revolves around a young heroine named Nimue, fated to emerge as the legendary Lady of the Lake.

Her path crosses with the young mercenary Arthur who is on the way to find Merlin. The popular Arthurian legend has been reimagined through this series.

Katherine Langford plays the role of Nimue in the series. Other cast members of the series include Peter Mullan, Shalom Brune-Franklin, Bella Dayne, Matt Stokoe, etc. The series premiered on July 17, 2020, on Netflix.

Alfred Gough and Miles Millar created this American fantasy series that is based on the novel trilogy of Terry Brooks- ‘The Sword of Shannara’. The series focuses on the return of the demons after a long period of banishment in a place named Forbidding inside a tree.

But the tree which is named Ellcrys is now dying and a group of three- Wil, Eretria, and Amberle must embark upon a quest in order to protect the tree. For this the last druid named Allanon guides them.

Austin Butler, Poppy Drayton, and Ivana Baquero play the roles of Will, Amberle, and Eretria respectively in the series.

Other cast members of the series include Manu Bennett, Aaron Jakubenko, Marcus Vanco, Malese Jow, Vanessa Morgan, Gentry White, etc. The series ran from January 5, 2016, to November 22, 2017, on MTV 2016, and on Spike in 2017.

An underground battle going on between the werewolves and the practitioners of dark arts also gets focus.

Jake Manley is seen to star as Jack Morton in the series. Sarah Grey, Max Martini, Matt Frewer, Louriza Tronco, Sam Trammell, and Katharine Isabelle are some of the other cast members of the series. The series premiered on March 7, 2019, and ran till June 18, 2020, on Netflix.

Rafe Judkins developed this American epic fantasy series that is adapted from the same-named novel series by Robert Jordan. The plot of the series is focused upon an organization the members of which are able to channel the powerful One Power.

Moiraine is one of the members of the organization. She sets off to seek out five young inhabitants of the village of Two Rivers as she believes that one of those villagers is the reincarnation of a powerful dragon who once had broken the world. Lan, her Warder also helps her in this quest.

The brilliant Rosamund Pike plays the role of Moiraine Damodred in the series. Other cast members of the series include Daniel Henney, Zoë Robins, Madeleine Madden, Kate Fleetwood, Priyanka Bose, Kae Alexander, Fares Fares, Sophie Okonedo, etc. The series premiered on November 19, 2021, on Amazon Prime Video.

Soon clash grows between these immigrants and the citizens while madness for power, unresolved murders, and love begin to resurface.
