Virgin River Season 4 is about to be released on Netflix on 20th July. Virgin river has been running for three seasons and is a widely adored tv series. It is a romantic drama based on a novel by Robin Carr by the same name.

The immense success of the season has already guaranteed renewal for season 5.

Virgin river revolves around Melinda Monroe (nicknamed Mel) as she goes on to take on a job call for a midwife and nurse practitioner.

Set against the backdrop of the town of Virgin River in Northern California, Melinda had gone to the town of Virgin River to resign to a quiet life in hopes to leave behind her trauma and pain.

She soon realizes that the town is more than she expected it to be. She learns that she has to truly recover from her past to make a home out of this town.

The cast consists of Alexandra Breckenridge, Colin Lawrence, Jenny Cooper, Annette O’Toole, Tim Matheson, Benjamin Hollingsworth, Lauren Hammersley, and Martin Henderson. The names have worked in a lot of widely famed tv-series and movies which makes the acting stellar and realistic.

There are 10 episodes each season so it can be gauged that season 4 will have 10 episodes as well. Each episode runs for about 40-48 minutes.

The previous season left the viewers with several cliff-hangers, we have Melinda’s baby in the picture now. We are not alone with Melinda whether the father is Melinda’s deceased husband or Jack. Hope’s (played by Annette O’Toole) survival is in question too.

Netflix’s description of season 4 complexes things even more. A young and charming doctor is in the picture now.

The show is produced by Ian Hay with Robyn Carr, Christopher E. Perry, Roma Roth, Jocelyn Freid, and Sue Tenney as executive producers.

Virgin river has an intricate storyline with complex characters and awing twists in the stories. The same is reflected in the series as well.
