Bridgerton fame Ruby Barker opens up about her mental health! Ruby is a 25-year-old actress who rose to fame with the Netflix series Bridgerton, which was released in 2020 and went on to become the second most-watched English TV series.

Ruby shared an emotional Instagram post where she penned down and described her struggle with a disease which she didn’t reveal on the post. She wrote that she has been struggling since the Bridgerton shootings and she was dealing with emotions like frustration, anger, rage, and sadness for no apparent reason. She said that she has been facing trauma and a feeling that she is carrying the burden of this world on her shoulders.

Ruby also wrote that everyone should seek help as soon as they face mental issues, she thanked Shonda Rhimes, the executive producer of Bridgerton for her constant support and for saving her life. Ruby is currently hospitalized and is hoping for a speedy recovery and is excited to go back to work as soon as she recovers. Ruby’s Instagram family of 235k followers poured love and support into her in the comment section of the post and prayed for her speedy recovery.
