Stranger Things Season 4 Part 1 Early Reviews [SPOILER FREE]

Stranger Things Season 4 Part 1 is about to release on 27th May 2022 and here are the few early reviews from the grand premiere which was held a few days back. As we all know the Stranger Things Season 4 is going to be spilt into two parts for the first time, which was the decision of the creators of the Duffer Brothers.

The series was first premiered on Netflix in July 2016 and the casts were kids at that point in time. But now kids of Hawkins become teenagers and their complexities can be seen in their performance in this series. Here is our early review of the Stranger Things Season 4 Part 1.

Reviews of Stranger Things Season 4 Part 1

Firstly I want to discuss the length of the episodes, The episodes of the series are a bit longer which seems nice from the loyal fan’s point of view, but for the first time viewers and the people who are not much into the series may feel that the story is being stretched without any genuine reason. But for the die-heart fans, every extra second on the screen is like a miracle.

Performance of the casts

I had watched the series because of Millie Bobby Brown and David Harbur’s acting and in this season also the casts have given their 100% to their respective characters Eleven and Jim Hopper. Sadie Sink’s Max Mayfield is the center character in this season as ‘the Upside down’ creatures are somehow connected with her this time and her performance is also mind-blowing in the Stranger Things Season 4 Part 1.

The new bad creature Vecna has also successes in terrifying the other characters and fans in this season. Joseph Quinn as Eddie Munsen has also impacted the whole story from the debuted scene and you will be satisfied with all his works because of his appealing acting skills. Tom Wlaschiha’s Dmitri,

Jamie Campbell Bower’s Peter Ballard, Grace Van Dien’s Chrissy Cunningham, Eduardo Franco’s Argyle, Sherman Augustus’s Lt. Colonel Sullivan, and a few other short characters have also played their role very interestingly.

Visual Effects and background score in Season 4 Part 1

We must discuss the Visual Effects part of Stranger Things Season 4 Part 1, as the visuals from ‘the Upside Down’ and other scenes are really up to the big-budget film’s production and I think the studios have worked really very hard and have invested a good amount of capital in the visual effects, the background score along with terrifying visual effects will really take you to the fictional world of Hawkins. The background score has been designed by composed by Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein of the electronic band Survive for this season too.

Story and Direction

The Duffer brother had said once about the Stranger Things Season 4 that this season will be their “Game of Thrones Season“, and their visualization had been converted into scenes up to 99%, to create a bigger space for the series they have reduced the main essence of the show, the emotions has been replaced with roughness and the character’s real attributes can be seen scattered in the Stranger Things Season 4 Part 1.

Final Verdict

As the series is forwarding towards the finale, and we will have only one season after the Season 4 hence I think the story of Hawkins is pacing faster in this season, as want the closer to each and every character in the series that’s why I can sense a bit fastness in the storytelling. Overall the Stranger Things Season 4 Part 1 is beyond everything which we have already seen in the series so far, you will really enjoy the story this time.

Stranger Things Season 4 Part 2 or the last two episodes of the season will be released in July 2022, we have to wait for the cliffhanger of this season.
