Peaky Blinders Season 6, the final installment of this U.K based gang-war saga is coming on Netflix, on 10th June 2022. There are many questions in the mind of the audience like- what will happen to the Shelby family? What will happen to Polly Gay’s character after the death of actor Helen McCrory?

Peaky Blinders Season-6 Already Released?

After an overwhelming success of the last five seasons, the sixth one has already been premiered on television, in the U.K & is available on BBC 1 & 2, U.K. Unfortunately, people living outside the United Kingdom have to wait until the show releases on Netflix, till summer.

Peaky Blinders Season 6- Episodes, Plotline & what to expect.

The new season like the old ones will have a total of six episodes. According to Steven Knight, season six is going to be darker & engrossing than any of the prior seasons. As Tommy Shelby’s story is coming to an end we are hoping to see a lot of fireworks & twists & turns, in the last installment.

The director had promised before that this new season will start from the point at which the last one ended- In a field, Tommy had a gun held in his hand pointing at his own head.

Season six will also unfold the mystery of the man who betrayed Tommy in the fifth season, with Michael Gray as the prime suspect.

The regulars- Cillian Murphy, Tom Hardy, and Paul Anderson will be seen alongside a fresh & new Stephen Graham.

Helen McCrory, the 53-year-old actor, died on 16th April 2021 prior to the shoot of season six, due to cancer, due to which her character- Polly Gray will not be seen in season six.

According to the viewers who have been lucky enough to find themselves in the U.K & finish the show, have told that her character’s absence is tastefully justified in the very first episode of the show.

After Peaky Blinder Season- 6

This is the last season of the show, officially wrapping up Thomas Shelby’s storyline too, & hence there will be no further installment in the form of season 7. Though, as quoted by Empire Magazine “Season 6 is the end of the beginning.”

Steven Knight announced that the show will continue into WWII in the film format. He said “I know that it’s going to end at the beginning of the Second World War. But after that, I think that the momentum is such that maybe we will continue with other bits of the story.”
