Panchayat 2 Official Trailer: Finally, the official trailer of one of the most awaited web series is out, Amazon Prime Video India has launched the trailer of Panchayat 2. The teaser was released two weeks ago and got fans excited and now finally the trailer has launched with the official release of the series which is scheduled on May 20 and the fans can’t wait.
The first season was a masterpiece and won the hearts of many fans, it was one of the best web series to date and has an 8.8/10 rating on IMDB. The story was of a young engineering graduate who landed a Panchayat Secretary job in a village after completing his degree, but as soon as he enters the village the problems start to line up and besides that Abhishek decides to prepare for the CAT examination for admission in MBA.
The Panchayat Season 2 showed the lives of rural India and the problems faced by the local people. Jitendra Kumar was in the lead role who has earlier won a Filmfare OTT award for Best Actor in a Comedy Series, gained popularity with his splendid performance in TVF’s Kota Factory, and he has also acted in the film Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan.
What could happen in Panchayat Season 2?
Based on the trailer, the second season will revolve around Abhishek’s struggle to crack the CAT exam and move out from the village to make a better career for himself but he is stuck with the daily problems of the villagers which are making it difficult for him to move out of focus on his upcoming exam. Panchayat Season 2 will also show some love angles of Abhishek and Pradhan Ji’s daughter Rinki.
The lead actor of the series Panchayat Season 2, Jitendra Kumara gave an interview recently where he talked about how his childhood has helped him in understanding his role better, he said that his childhood was spent in a small town so he can relate to the daily struggles and obstacles that are faced by the villagers.
Although his core role in the series is his struggle of transformation from an urban lifestyle to a rural life all his past has a resemblance to the character and that’s why he was able to portray it well on the screen. Well, fans will have to till 20 to enjoy the series, we believe it would be a masterpiece again.
