Cobra Kai Season 5 Update: During this week’s Cobra Kai panel at the Netflix Comedy Festival, where the actors and producers of the popular series reunited, the broadcaster decided to give fans one gift to end the night on a fun note: the first season 5 season of Cobra Kai was unveiled, along with the release date.

Also, considering that Netflix’s last season’s most recent debut of the year, the September release date is much better than expected by fans. The series focuses on the old adversaries who have been at loggerheads for more than three decades after their classic karate film The Karate Kid.

Cobra Kai Season 5: Release Date Update

So, once again, Danny LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) should do anything to stop Terry from using the kids to raise his status. That means hiring Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) for his surreal plans to do what they should have been doing long ago: cutting off the head of a Cobra Kai snake.

Cobra Kai is a sequel to the latest 80s film starring Macchio and the late Pat Morita. It focuses on Terry Silver reclaiming his karate medal, a sport named after him.
